Cecilia is a mom, former corporate director, breathwork practitioner and entrepreneur building a business around the life she actually wants to live.

After nearly 20 years in corporate, becoming a mom at 40 completely changed the way Cecilia thought about success. She had spent years climbing the ladder, taking on more responsibility and building a career she was proud of but motherhood made her question whether more achievement was really the answer.

After experiencing two burnouts, leaving corporate and choosing a 32-hour workweek, Cecilia began redefining what ambition could look like: more time with her daughter, more space for her health and creativity, and the freedom to build something of her own.

Today, Cecilia is building an aligned wellness business alongside her life as a mom and sharing what she's learning along the way: helping other ambitious women explore how they can create more income potential, flexibility and ownership without sacrificing the life they’ve worked so hard to build.

Her philosophy is simple:

She doesn't want women to become less ambitious. She wants them to redefine what success and work on their own terms.
